. PT KPBN participated in the Nusantara Plantation Group Open House with Bina Nusantara University (BINUS University) held on Monday, July 28, 2025. This activity is part of a strategic effort to introduce the world of work within the PTPN Group to students as potential workforce, while also strengthening the synergy between the industry and higher education.

In the activity, PT KPBN presented Ardita Sukma Perdana, Head of the Business Development Sub-Division, as a company representative. In the introduction session, Ardita explained that PT KPBN is a strategic entity under the Nusantara Plantation Holding which has an important role in marketing plantation commodities, both for the domestic and export markets.

In addition to presenting the company's business profile and innovations that have been developed, Ardita also conveyed career opportunities that are widely open to university graduates, especially for those who have the enthusiasm to contribute to the development of the agribusiness sector and the digitalization of commodity trading. He emphasized that the regeneration of superior and high-integrity human resources is key to the sustainability of the plantation industry in the future.

This initiative is also part of KPBN's commitment to creating a more relevant and sustainable connectivity between the world of education and the world of work.

IKBI KPBN HOLDS ONLINE WORKSHOP 
. In order to increase the confidence and professionalism of women within PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN), the KPBN Wives' Association (IKBI) has held an online workshop with the theme `Personal Grooming and Ethics in Organization.` This activity was carried out on Friday, July 18, 2025 at 09.00 WIB via the Zoom platform. The workshop featured speaker Endah P. Handayani, S.E., M.H., who shared insights about the importance of good appearance and ethics in organization, especially for women who are active in the workplace and social activities.

This workshop was open to all IKBI Board Members, IKBI Members, and female employees of PT KPBN. With the implementation of this activity, it is hoped that participants can gain practical knowledge to build a positive self-image, appear more confident, and apply good organizational ethics in everyday life. Let's take advantage of this moment to learn together and strengthen the role of active, empowered, and inspiring KPBN women.

PT KPBN PARTICIPATES IN THE 3RD TPOMI 2025 . PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) is participating in the 3rd Technology and Talent Palm Oil Mill Indonesia (TPOMI) event, which will take place from July 8–10, 2025 in Bandung. This activity is a strategic forum for oil palm industry players, technology providers, academics, and policymakers to strengthen cross-sector collaboration in promoting more modern and sustainable palm oil industry management.

As a subsidiary of Perkebunan Nusantara with a central role in marketing palm oil plantation products, PT KPBN is showcasing its commitment to digital transformation and efficient trade management through a transparent and accountable digital auction platform. This participation is also an opportunity to expand cooperation networks with oil palm processing industry players from various regions of Indonesia.

TPOMI 2025 emphasizes the importance of synergy between technology and strengthening Human Resources (HR) in addressing the challenges of the palm oil industry, particularly in the processing sector. OPEN HOUSE 2025: KPBN SHOWCASES THE FACE OF THE PLANTATION INDUSTRY TO THE YOUNG GENERATION . Jakarta – In order to strengthen the synergy between the world of education and industry, PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) took part in the Open House 2025 event organized by PT Perkebunan Nusnatara III (Persero). The event took place at the Agro Plaza Building, Jakarta, and was attended by students from the Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB) on June 26, 2025.

As part of the series of activities, PT KPBN presented Andrial Saputra, Head of the Business Development Exchange Division and IPB Alumni, as a speaker representing the company. On this occasion, Andrial provided insights regarding the role of PT KPBN as the party that markets PTPN products, as well as introducing the business processes, work culture, and career opportunities in the state-owned plantation environment.

Open House 2025 was designed with various interactive sessions such as direct visits, talk shows, educational sessions, and tours to the work environment, which aims to provide students with direct experience about the professional world and the Indonesian plantation industry.

PT KPBN HOLDS HANDOVER CEREMONY FOR SEVP BUSINESS SUPPORT POSITION . Jakarta – PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) held a Handover Ceremony for the Senior Executive Vice President (SEVP) of Business Support in the Auditorium on the 4th Floor, PT KPBN Head Office, Jakarta, on Monday, June 30, 2025.

In the event, Indaruwati Trivista officially received the baton of leadership from Iskandar Dewantara as SEVP of Business Support at PT KPBN. The handover ceremony was marked by the signing and submission of the minutes by both parties, witnessed directly by the management and employees of PT KPBN who attended offline and online via Zoom meeting.

In her speech, Indaruwati expressed her appreciation for the trust given to her and stated her commitment to continuing the strategic programs that had been pioneered. She also emphasized the importance of Business Support in strengthening operational performance and business development of the company going forward.

Representing the Board of Management, Director of PT KPBN, Mr. M. Iswan Achir, also gave a speech. He expressed his appreciation for the dedication and contribution to Iskandar Dewantara during his tenure as SEVP of Business Support. He also expressed his hopes for the new leadership in strengthening synergy and the strategic role of Business Support within PT KPBN.

As a form of respect and gratitude, the event also included the presentation of souvenirs to Iskandar Dewantara, as appreciation for his contribution and dedication during his time at PT KPBN.

With this leadership change, PT KPBN hopes to continue strengthening organizational transformation and answering future business challenges as a leading, professional, and reliable national commodity marketing company.
