PT KPBN Tea Auction Fosters Business Partner Collaboration. Jakarta — PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) held the Inaugural Tea Auction 2026 at the PT KPBN Head Office, Jl. Cut Meutia No. 11, Menteng, Jakarta, on Wednesday, January 7, 2026. This activity is part of KPBN's commitment to strengthening the national tea commodity trading ecosystem through collaboration with business partners.The Inaugural Tea Auction 2026 was led by the Exchange and Business Development Division of PT KPBN and was attended by business partners, both producers and buyers. The auction proceeded smoothly with a transparent and orderly bidding mechanism, receiving positive responses from participants.In the Inaugural Tea Auction 2026, the total volume of Black Tea offered reached 309,240 kg, consisting of 282,760 kg of orthodox tea and 26,480 kg of CTC tea. These teas were produced by six PTPN Regions, namely PTPN I Regional 2, PTPN I Regional 3, PTPN I Regional 5, PTPN I Regional 7, PTPN IV Regional 2, and PTPN IV Regional 4.Of the total volume offered, 59% of the tea volume was successfully sold, equivalent to 182,600 kg, with a transaction value of Rp 3,792,988,604 or equivalent to USD 225,908. The average selling price was recorded at Rp 20,772 per kilogram or equivalent to USD 1.24 per kilogram.Through the execution of this Tea Auction, PT KPBN continues to foster synergy and strategic collaboration with business partners to enhance the competitiveness of the national tea industry. This activity serves not only as a means of trade transactions but also as a platform for market development and strengthening trust among industry players.Going forward, PT KPBN hopes that the Tea Auction can continue to be implemented sustainably as an important instrument in supporting the growth of Indonesia's tea industry to be more competitive and sustainable, both in domestic and international markets.

KPBN Launches Culture Booster: Enhancing Employee Values and Morale. Belawan — In order to close out 2025 and welcome the new year with a positive spirit, PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) organized a Culture Booster activity as a means of strengthening company values and culture for all employees.The Culture Booster activity was held on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, from 08:30–09:00 WIB, at the Belawan Unit Hall and was attended by employees of PT KPBN Belawan Unit. PT KPBN: Reconciliation of CPO and Rubber Overdue Interest, January-June 2025. Jakarta — PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) organized an Overdue Interest Reconciliation activity for crude palm oil (CPO) and rubber commodities for the contract period January to June 2025. This activity was held on January 5–9, 2026, at the Head Office of PT KPBN, Jakarta.This reconciliation is a follow-up to a letter from PTPN III (Persero) regarding the alignment of payment data and commodity delivery for CPO and rubber sales contracts. Through this activity, KPBN facilitates a direct data matching process between sellers and buyers to ensure administrative compliance and accuracy in calculating overdue interest.The main agenda for this activity includes the reconciliation of CPO and rubber commodity transaction data for Semester I of 2025 and the signing of the Overdue Interest Minutes as a form of mutual agreement on the results of the reconciliation.KPBN reaffirms its commitment to continuously maintain transparency, accountability, and administrative certainty in every commodity transaction process. PT KPBN's Inaugural 2026 Tea Auction to Bolster Indonesian Tea Competitiveness. Jakarta – PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) successfully held its inaugural Tea Auction event in 2026. The event took place at the PT KPBN Head Office located at Jl. Cut Meutia No. 11, Menteng, Jakarta on Wednesday, January 7, 2026. This event was attended by a number of important figures in the national tea industry who collaborated to strengthen Indonesia's tea sector.Some of the figures present at the event included Petrus Budiman, Head of Holding Sales Marketing Strategy Division, Mr. Laely, Head of Marketing Division, and Director of PT KPBN, M. Iswan Achir. Also present were Muhammad Zulham Rambe, SEVP Ops PT KPBN, Tirta Karma Senjaya, Head of Bappebti, KBI Director Mr. Sidu Solihin, and Farid Akbani, Chairman of the Jakarta Tea Buyers Association (JTBA). Dumai — PT KPBN carried out CPO Stock Opname (STO) activities at the KPBN Dumai Unit Storage Tank as part of the 2025 Year-End Stock Opname. This activity aims to ensure consistency between administrative data (bookkeeping) and the physical condition of CPO stock stored in the storage tank.The stock opname at KPBN Dumai Unit was carried out by the PTPN IV Regional I, II and III Team as part of the company's internal control and efforts to maintain the accuracy and reliability of inventory data. During its implementation, the team carried out physical inspection of CPO volume, checking the recording system, and verifying related supporting documents.This activity is part of the 2025 Year-End Stock Opname Plan (2026 STO Object) at PT KPBN Dumai Unit, carried out by the PTPN IV Regional I, II and III Team.Through this stock opname activity, PT KPBN reaffirms its commitment to implementing the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), especially in aspects of transparency, accountability, and accurate, reliable, and measurable CPO inventory management.

This activity aims to ensure consistency between administrative data and the physical condition of CPO stock stored in the storage tank facility.The stock opname at the Belawan Unit was carried out by the PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional I and Regional II Team as part of the company's internal control and efforts to maintain the accuracy of inventory data.
