PT KPBN Conducts In-House Training on Quality Inspection of CPO and Derivatives at Dumai Unit. Dumai — PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) held an offline In-House Training activity on the theme of CPO Quality and Its Derivatives Inspection on Monday–Tuesday, May 18–19, 2026, at PT KPBN Dumai Unit, Jl. Datuk Laksamana, Buluh Kasap, Kec. Dumai Timur, Dumai City, Riau.This training activity was carried out in collaboration with SUCOFINDO as a trainer with the aim of increasing the competence and technical understanding of participants related to the quality inspection of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and its derivative products.During the two-day implementation, participants received various materials ranging from the introduction of CPO products and their derivatives, inspection, sampling, to quality testing of CPO products and their derivatives. The activity took place interactively with professional trainers from SUCOFINDO and began with a pretest and ended with a posttest.Through this training, participants are expected to enhance their technical skills and insights related to CPO quality standards, thereby supporting work quality and professionalism within PT KPBN.PT KPBN will continue to be committed to presenting relevant and sustainable competency development programs to support the improvement of the quality of the national palm oil industry.

PT KPBN Workers Union Briefed on Defined Contribution Pension Program (DCPP) for Sustainable Employee Welfare. Jakarta – The Plantation Workers' Union of Nusantara (SPBUN) PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) participated in the Socialization of the Implementation of the Defined Contribution Pension Program (PPIP) DAPENBUN as a continuation of the PTPN Group Employee Pension Program, held at Agro Plaza, Jakarta, on Tuesday, May 12, 2026.This socialization activity was attended by the Board of Directors of Dapenbun, and was followed by representatives of FSPBUN, SPBUN PTPN I, PT RPN, and PT KPBN. The participation of SPBUN PT KPBN in this activity is a form of support for the creation of constructive communication between the company and employees, especially in providing understanding related to the sustainability of the pension program for PTPN Group employees. In the socialization, participants received an explanation regarding the Defined Benefit Pension Program (PPMP) and the Defined Contribution Pension Program (PPIP), including the mechanism for paying pension benefits, the advantages of the PPIP program, and the plan for transferring membership as part of the financial health improvement of DAPENBUN and the implementation of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) provisions.Through this activity, it is hoped that all participants can understand the future direction of pension program development and support the creation of a transparent, sustainable system that provides optimal benefits for all employees.
