PT KPBN HOLDS HEALTH SOCIALIZATION. KNOW THE SYMPTOMS, PREVENT EARLY: FIGHT CANCER WITH EDUCATION<br />. In an effort to support the Employee Wellbeing Program, particularly in the aspect of health, PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) is holding a health socialization activity entitled `Recognize the Symptoms, Prevent Early: Fight Cancer with Education`. This activity will be held in a hybrid format on Friday, August 1, 2025, from 09.00 WIB until completion.
For participants in the Jakarta area, the activity will take place in the Hall Room on the 4th Floor, PT KPBN Head Office, while participants outside the Jakarta area can participate in the activity through the Zoom Meeting platform.
This activity will feature speakers from the Indonesian Cancer Institution, with the aim of increasing the awareness and understanding of all KPBN personnel regarding the importance of early detection and prevention of cancer.
PT KPBN hopes that through this activity, all employees can be more concerned about personal health and the work environment, so as to create a healthier, more productive, and sustainable working atmosphere.
Let's fight cancer together with education. Recognize the symptoms, prevent early! ????

PT KPBN AT PTPN X BINUS OPEN HOUSE<br />. PT KPBN participated in the Nusantara Plantation Group Open House with Bina Nusantara University (BINUS University) held on Monday, July 28, 2025. This activity is part of a strategic effort to introduce the world of work within the PTPN Group to students as potential workforce, while also strengthening the synergy between the industry and higher education.
In the activity, PT KPBN presented Ardita Sukma Perdana, Head of the Business Development Sub-Division, as a company representative. In the introduction session, Ardita explained that PT KPBN is a strategic entity under the Nusantara Plantation Holding which has an important role in marketing plantation commodities, both for the domestic and export markets.
In addition to presenting the company's business profile and innovations that have been developed, Ardita also conveyed career opportunities that are widely open to university graduates, especially for those who have the enthusiasm to contribute to the development of the agribusiness sector and the digitalization of commodity trading. He emphasized that the regeneration of superior and high-integrity human resources is key to the sustainability of the plantation industry in the future.
This initiative is also part of KPBN's commitment to creating a more relevant and sustainable connectivity between the world of education and the world of work.

IKBI KPBN HOLDS ONLINE WORKSHOP<br />. In order to increase the confidence and professionalism of women within PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN), the KPBN Wives' Association (IKBI) has held an online workshop with the theme `Personal Grooming and Ethics in Organization.` This activity was carried out on Friday, July 18, 2025 at 09.00 WIB via the Zoom platform. The workshop featured speaker Endah P. Handayani, S.E., M.H., who shared insights about the importance of good appearance and ethics in organization, especially for women who are active in the workplace and social activities.
This workshop was open to all IKBI Board Members, IKBI Members, and female employees of PT KPBN. With the implementation of this activity, it is hoped that participants can gain practical knowledge to build a positive self-image, appear more confident, and apply good organizational ethics in everyday life.
