First Quarter 2026 Evaluation and Monitoring: A Momentum for Strengthening PTPN Group Performance. Jakarta – In order to strengthen synergy and improve marketing performance, PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) held an event titled “Coffee with Marketing” on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at the KPBN Head Office, Jl. Taman Cut Meutia No. 11, Jakarta.This event is part of the agenda for evaluating and monitoring Quarter I 2026 performance, as well as a strategic forum to discuss various evolving marketing issues. The event was attended by the Marketing Director along with the ranks of the Head of Marketing Division and Head of Supply Chain Division.The main agenda for this event includes evaluating Quarter I 2026 performance and discussing strategic issues in marketing, including distribution optimization, increasing competitiveness, and strengthening cross-divisional coordination.Management hopes that through this activity, a more effective alignment of strategies and work steps can be created in facing market dynamics, while also encouraging a sustainable increase in company performance.“Coffee with Marketing” is one manifestation of PTPN Group's commitment to building open, collaborative, and solution-oriented communication among work units, in order to optimally achieve company targets in 2026.

KPBN Organizes Eid al-Fitr Gathering to Foster Synergy and Familial Spirit in the Workplace. Jakarta – In celebration of Eid al-Fitr 1447 H, PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) held a Halal Bi Halal event on Monday, March 30, 2026, at the KPBN Head Office, Jl. Taman Cut Meutia No. 11, Jakarta.This event, held in a warm and familial atmosphere, became an important moment for all employees to strengthen their bonds of friendship after the holy month of Ramadan. The event began with a speech from the SEVP Operation of PT KPBN, Muhammad Zulham Rambe, who emphasized the importance of Eid al-Fitr as a means for mutual forgiveness and for strengthening synergy and collaboration among employees in supporting the company's performance.“We should use the momentum of Eid al-Fitr to strengthen good relationships, enhance the spirit of togetherness, and build a more solid synergy going forward,” he said in his speech.The series of activities continued with a prayer as an expression of gratitude, followed by a joint photo session attended by the Board of Management and all employees. PT KPBN Implements Culture Booster to Enhance Productivity, Efficiency, and Operational Speed. Jakarta – In order to strengthen the implementation of the corporate culture and boost productivity in the workplace, PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) held a Culture Booster activity on Tuesday (17/3). This activity was conducted in a hybrid manner, with participants from the Jakarta Head Office located in the Learning Corner Room and employees outside Jakarta joining online via the Zoom Meeting platform.The event was attended by all PT KPBN employees and featured an inspiring sharing session with the theme Productivity, Cost Effectiveness, and Speed. The material was delivered by the Head of the Industrial Relations & HR Development Sub-Division from the HR and General Affairs Department, Rindayu.In her presentation, Rindayu emphasized the importance of increasing work productivity accompanied by cost efficiency and speed in decision-making and work execution.
