Jakarta, 2 July 2026 – PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) once again organized SADARI Series 5 with the theme `Alignment of the 2026 Compliance Program at PT KPBN`. This activity, held online via Zoom Meeting, was attended by all employees of PT KPBN as part of efforts to strengthen the culture of compliance and implement good corporate governance.The speaker for SADARI Series 5 was Roni Siska, Head of the Risk Management Sub-Division at PT KPBN.This activity serves as a means for all KPBN employees to gain a comprehensive and aligned understanding of the Company's 2026 Compliance Program. Through material presentation sessions and interactive discussions, participants gained an understanding of the importance of a culture of compliance as a foundation for supporting the implementation of good corporate governance (GCG), strengthening internal control, and effective risk management.In addition to providing training on the compliance program, this activity also serves to strengthen the implementation of the 7 Pillars of Corporate Culture in daily work activities. PT KPBN Organizes Focus Group Discussion on CPO Tax Trade Practices to Strengthen Synergy and Tax Compliance. Jakarta – PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on Crude Palm Oil (CPO) Taxation Trading System on Thursday (2/7), located at the PT KPBN Head Office, Jakarta.This activity was attended by a team from SAR Tax Management Consultant, Ms. Indaruwati Trivista Andarini as SEVP Business Support of PT KPBN and Mr. Muhammad Zulham Rambe as SEVP Operation of PT KPBN, along with representatives from relevant departments. This FGD became a strategic forum to strengthen understanding regarding the implementation of taxation aspects in CPO trading and to build a shared perception of current regulatory developments.During this discussion session, participants discussed various tax provisions related to the CPO trading business process, implementation challenges in the field, and steps that can be taken to support compliance with tax regulations.With the holding of this FGD, PT KPBN is committed to strengthening the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), enhancing a compliance culture, and supporting professional, transparent, and accountable commodity trading management. Jakarta – PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) once again held Go-Digi Series 11 as part of its efforts to improve digital literacy and strengthen company culture. Carrying the theme `Building PTPN Group's Cyber Resilience through _Certified Ethical Hacker_ (CEH)`, this activity was carried out online via Zoom Meeting and attended by all employees of PT KPBN.This activity aims to enhance employees' understanding of the importance of cybersecurity amidst rapid digital transformation. Through material presented by Surya Wijaya - Information Technology Assistant, participants gained insights into the concept of _Certified Ethical Hacker_ (CEH), various potential cyber threats, and preventive measures to maintain the security of company systems and information.In addition to being a means of improving digital competence, Go-Digi Series 11 also supports the implementation of the 7 Pillars of Corporate Culture by encouraging the formation of a work culture that is adaptive to technological developments, collaborative, and oriented towards digital risk management.As information security challenges increase in the digital era, strengthening the _cyber awareness_ of all company personnel becomes an important factor in maintaining operational continuity and protecting company information assets. PT KPBN and PEFINDO Management Meeting: Corporate Health Assessment. Jakarta – PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) underwent a company health level evaluation conducted by PEFINDO.Previously, on Friday (19/6), PEFINDO, together with the management of PT KPBN, held a Management Meeting at the Learning Corner, PT KPBN Head Office, Jakarta, as part of the company health level evaluation process. The event was attended by Mr. Muhammad Zulham Rambe as SEVP Operation of PT KPBN and Mrs. Indaruwati Trivista Andarini as SEVP Business Support of PT KPBN, along with the PEFINDO team and representatives from relevant departments. This meeting served as a forum to discuss the assessment process, evaluation methodology, and various aspects that are indicators in company ranking.The company health level assessment was carried out based on the Decree of the Minister of SOEs Number PER-2/MBU/03/2023 concerning Governance and Significant Corporate Activities of State-Owned Enterprises. In accordance with these provisions, company health assessments must be conducted by a National Rating Agency or a National Rating Agency affiliated with an international rating institution.From the rating results, PT KPBN is categorized at a `Healthy` company health level. This achievement reflects PT KPBN's commitment to implementing the principles of _Good Corporate Governance_ (GCG), strengthening risk management, and maintaining healthy and sustainable business fundamentals. The results of this assessment are expected to motivate the company to continuously improve the quality of governance, operational effectiveness, and overall company performance.Going forward, PT KPBN will continue to strive to strengthen the company's competitiveness through improved governance, human resource development, and the implementation of professional, adaptive business practices focused on creating value for all stakeholders.
