Belawan, June 5, 2025 — In commemoration of Eid al-Adha 1446 H, PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) Belawan Unit demonstrated its commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR) by distributing sacrificial animal assistance to the community through the Taqwa Muhammadiyah Grand Mosque, Belawan.

The symbolic handover of the sacrificial animal assistance, in the form of one cow, was carried out by representatives of PT KPBN Belawan Unit's management to the administrators of the Taqwa Muhammadiyah Grand Mosque on Wednesday (6/5). The assistance is a form of the company's concern for the surrounding community, especially in welcoming the religious holiday.

`This is part of our CSR program which is routinely carried out every year. Hopefully this assistance can benefit the community and strengthen the bonds of friendship between the company and the surrounding residents,` said a representative of PT KPBN Belawan Unit's management.

The administrators of the Taqwa Muhammadiyah Grand Mosque expressed their appreciation for the concern of PT KPBN Belawan Unit. The sacrificial animal received will be slaughtered and the meat will be distributed to underprivileged residents around the mosque.

This activity is real proof of the synergy between the business world and the community in upholding the values of togetherness, social care, and the spirit of sharing in the momentum of Eid al-Adha.

CSR Commitment Form, PT KPBN Distributes Sacrificial Animals 
. Jakarta – PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) is again implementing a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program to welcome Eid al-Adha 1446 H by distributing sacrificial animals to the community. This year, PT KPBN donated two sacrificial animals, namely one cow for the Cut Meutia Mosque, Menteng, Central Jakarta, and one sheep for the Al 'Asr Musholla located at Jl. Batu I No. 3C, Gg. Arab – Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta on Thursday, June 5, 2025.

M Iswan Achir, Director of PT KPBN, stated at a separate location that this activity is part of the company's commitment to continue to be present in the community through social programs.

`The distribution of sacrificial animals is a tangible form of PT KPBN's concern for the surrounding community, especially in the blessed moment of Eid al-Adha. We hope this assistance can provide benefits and strengthen the good relationship between the company and the surrounding environment,` he said.

The Daily Management of the Cut Meutia Mosque Foundation expressed their appreciation and gratitude to PT KPBN for the assistance provided.

`This assistance is very meaningful for us and the surrounding community. Hopefully, collaborations like this can continue and become an inspiration for other parties in building social solidarity,` he said.

The distribution of sacrificial animals is part of PT KPBN's sustainable CSR program and aims to strengthen the relationship between the company and the community. Dumai, June 5, 2025 — In commemoration of Eid al-Adha 1446 H, PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) Dumai Unit once again demonstrated its commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR) by distributing sacrificial animal assistance to the community through the Taufiqiah Mosque, Dumai.

The assistance, in the form of one sacrificial cow, was directly handed over by representatives of PT KPBN Dumai Unit management to the administrators of the Taufiqiah Mosque on Wednesday (6/5). This activity is part of the company's annual CSR program as a form of concern for the surrounding community, especially during important religious moments such as Eid al-Adha.

. PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) held a Tea Auction on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at the PT KPBN Head Office, Jl. Cut Meutia No. 11, Menteng, Jakarta. FOSTERING CORPORATE INTEGRITY, KPBN IMPLEMENTS ISO 37001:2016 ABMS SOCIALIZATION 
. PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) held an ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) Socialization activity at the KPBN Head Office on Tuesday, June 3, 2025. This activity was carried out in collaboration with the independent certification body PT Sejahtera Gemilang Sentosa (SGS), as part of a series of continuous implementations of the company's commitment to building a clean business culture free from bribery practices.

This socialization aims to strengthen the understanding of all employees regarding the importance of implementing the international standard ISO 37001:2016, which is designed to prevent, detect, and respond to bribery risks in the corporate environment. The material presented included the basic principles of ABMS, the scope of the system, the main clauses of ISO 37001, and the technical aspects of the surveillance audit to be carried out by the SGS team.

It was stated in the presentation that the existence of an anti-bribery management system does not automatically guarantee the absence of corrupt practices, but it can significantly reduce risk and provide evidence that the company has taken reasonable steps for prevention. Several important documents discussed included the anti-bribery policy, integrity pact, gratuity procedures, whistleblowing system (WBS), and risk assessments for personnel, vendors, and transactions.

This activity also emphasized the important role of top management in demonstrating commitment and leadership to the system, through the provision of adequate resources, internal and external policy socialization, and support for the anti-bribery compliance function.

With the implementation of this activity, KPBN affirms its position as a state-owned enterprise (BUMN) that is highly committed to good corporate governance and supports national corruption prevention efforts. This socialization is a strategic step in ensuring KPBN's readiness to undergo the external audit process objectively and professionally.
