PT KPBN Implements Culture Booster to Enhance Productivity, Efficiency, and Operational Speed. Jakarta – In order to strengthen the implementation of the corporate culture and boost productivity in the workplace, PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) held a Culture Booster activity on Tuesday (17/3). This activity was conducted in a hybrid manner, with participants from the Jakarta Head Office located in the Learning Corner Room and employees outside Jakarta joining online via the Zoom Meeting platform.The event was attended by all PT KPBN employees and featured an inspiring sharing session with the theme Productivity, Cost Effectiveness, and Speed. The material was delivered by the Head of the Industrial Relations & HR Development Sub-Division from the HR and General Affairs Department, Rindayu.In her presentation, Rindayu emphasized the importance of increasing work productivity accompanied by cost efficiency and speed in decision-making and work execution. These three aspects are considered key factors in facing increasingly dynamic and competitive business challenges.“This Culture Booster activity is expected to serve as a reminder and encouragement for all employees to continuously improve their self-quality, both in terms of competence and work attitude. By prioritizing productivity, efficiency, and speed, we can drive optimal company performance,” she said.Through the organization of this activity, PT KPBN hopes that corporate cultural values will become increasingly internalized in daily work, thereby creating a productive, adaptive, and sustainable work environment.

PT KPBN Iftar Fosters Employee Unity and Camaraderie. Jakarta – In order to enliven the holy month of Ramadan and strengthen togetherness among employees, PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) held an Employee Iftar (Buka Puasa Bersama) event on Thursday, March 12, 2026. The event, which was full of warmth, was held at the Head Office of PT KPBN located at Jl. Taman Cut Meutia No. 11, Jakarta.Not only in Jakarta, this joint iftar event was also held simultaneously in several other work units, namely the Belawan Unit, Dumai Unit, and Surabaya Branch. The organization at these four locations is a manifestation of the company's commitment to building togetherness and strengthening family relationships in the work environment, despite being in different regions.PT KPBN utilized the momentum of Ramadan as a means to strengthen the bonds of friendship among employees while fostering a spirit of togetherness, care, and virtuous values that are the essence of the holy month of Ramadan. Ramadan Takjil Distribution by FSPBUN at PT KPBN Head Office: An Act of Care. Jakarta — The Plantation Workers' Union Federation (FSPBUN) of PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) Head Office carried out a takjil distribution activity to the community on Thursday, March 12, 2026. The activity was held in front of the PT KPBN Head Office located at Jl. Cut Meutia No. 11, Menteng, Jakarta, by distributing takjil packages to passing road users.This activity is part of FSPBUN PT KPBN's effort to spread the spirit of togetherness and social care in the holy month of Ramadan. The management and members of FSPBUN PT KPBN were directly involved in distributing takjil to motorists and the surrounding community approaching iftar time.The Chairman of FSPBUN PT KPBN, Dhian Shaiful Mahmud, stated that this takjil distribution activity is a form of care and gratitude to the community, as well as a momentum to strengthen togetherness in the month of Ramadan.“This takjil distribution activity is a form of our care and togetherness for the community, especially road users who are still on their way when it's time to break their fast.
