PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) held a Culture Booster event on Tuesday, September 16, 2025. The event took place offline in the Learning Corner Room of PT KPBN and online via a virtual meeting platform, allowing all KPBN personnel in various locations to participate.

The event featured Bhagas Indrianto Prabowo, Head of the Internal Audit Unit (SPI) of PT KPBN, as the keynote speaker. In his presentation, Bhagas emphasized the importance of implementing a work culture that is integrated, professional, and aligned with the company's core values.

The Culture Booster event is one of the routine agendas organized by PT KPBN to strengthen the understanding and internalization of work culture within the company. Through this activity, it is hoped that all employees can continue to be motivated in implementing a positive work culture to support the achievement of the company's business targets.

The active participation of participants, both in person and virtually, demonstrates a high level of enthusiasm for the joint effort in building a superior work culture at PT KPBN.

Culture Booster on Friday morning (September 12th) at the Learning Corner in a hybrid format, presented a discussion themed Operational Excellence. 
. PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) held a Culture Booster on Friday morning (12/9) in the Learning Corner in a hybrid format, presenting a discussion on the theme of Operational Excellence, one of the 7 Pillars of Culture of PT Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN).

The activity was officially opened by the Acting Head of HR & General Affairs, Indra Herlangga, who conveyed the importance of understanding company culture as the foundation for superior performance. In his speech, Indra emphasized that the application of KPBN's cultural values is not only the responsibility of management, but of all employees.

The main material was presented by the Head of the Exchange and Business Development Division, Andrial Saputra, who explored the concept of Operational Excellence. In his presentation, Andrial explained that operational excellence is the key to ensuring that all work processes run effectively, efficiently, and consistently deliver the best service to business partners.

This Culture Booster is proof of KPBN's commitment to building a progressive, adaptive, and sustainable work culture. Through routine activities like this, the company hopes that the values contained in the 7 Pillars of Corporate Culture can be firmly embedded in the daily lives of every employee.

With collaboration, innovation, and a spirit of learning, KPBN is optimistic that the implementation of Operational Excellence will improve company performance and strengthen its position as a competitive joint marketing company in the national market.

Jakarta – PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) participated in a series of events commemorating the 80th Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia held at Agro Plaza Jakarta, Sunday (August 17).

The activities began with a solemn and spirited flag ceremony. The ceremony was attended by various corporate entities, including PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero), PT Perkebunan Nusantara I, PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV, PT KPBN, Jasa Tania, and Dana Pensiun Perkebunan (DAPENBUN).

As part of the series of commemorations, the winners of the pre-event competitions for the 80th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia were also announced. PT KPBN achieved proud accomplishments by winning:

• 1st Place in Women's Basketball Competition
• 2nd Place in Billiards Competition
• 3rd Place in Tennis Competition

The winners received medals and prizes as a form of appreciation for the hard work, sportsmanship, and cohesiveness shown in the competition.

The Director of PT KPBN expressed his appreciation for the enthusiasm and dedication of all company employees who participated in the competitions and ceremonies. `This momentum of the 80th Anniversary of Indonesian Independence is an important reminder for all of us to continue to emulate the values of struggle, maintain togetherness, and make a real contribution to the nation through performance and achievement,` he said.

Jakarta - PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) participated in the ceremony commemorating the 80th Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia, which was held at Agro Plaza Jakarta on Sunday (August 17).

The ceremony was solemn, with participants from various company entities, namely PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero), PT Perkebunan Nusantara I, PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV, PT KPBN, Jasa Tania, and the Plantation Pension Fund (DAPENBUN). All participants wore batik and woven tops, as a form of pride in the nation's cultural identity. Also present were the Boards of Directors from each entity, who set an example and strengthened the spirit of nationalism within the company environment.

The series of activities became even more lively after the ceremony with the holding of Fun Games between company entities, which was enthusiastically followed by all participants. The event was also combined with the Launching of the PTPN Carbon Hub as a manifestation of the PTPN Group's commitment to environmental sustainability, and the Launching of Vending Machines as a service innovation in the Agro Plaza environment.

In addition, the winners of the pre-event competition that had been held previously were announced, adding to the spirit of togetherness between entities. The atmosphere of the RI Anniversary celebration was enlivened by a Band Performance and closed with the distribution of door prizes for lucky participants.

PT KPBN's participation in the commemoration of the 80th Anniversary of Indonesian Independence is concrete proof of the company's support in strengthening synergy between PTPN Group entities, fostering a spirit of togetherness, and maintaining a commitment to continue contributing to the nation and state.

. In an effort to support the Employee Wellbeing Program, particularly in the aspect of health, PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) is holding a health socialization activity entitled `Recognize the Symptoms, Prevent Early: Fight Cancer with Education`. This activity will be held in a hybrid format on Friday, August 1, 2025, from 09.00 WIB until completion.

For participants in the Jakarta area, the activity will take place in the Hall Room on the 4th Floor, PT KPBN Head Office, while participants outside the Jakarta area can participate in the activity through the Zoom Meeting platform.

This activity will feature speakers from the Indonesian Cancer Institution, with the aim of increasing the awareness and understanding of all KPBN personnel regarding the importance of early detection and prevention of cancer.

PT KPBN hopes that through this activity, all employees can be more concerned about personal health and the work environment, so as to create a healthier, more productive, and sustainable working atmosphere.
