NAVIGATING COMPLEXITY: KPBN PARTICIPATES IN IPOC 2025 
. PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) attended the Indonesian Palm Oil Conference and 2026 Price Outlook (IPOC 2025) at the Bali International Convention Center (BICC), The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, which took place November 12-14, 2025. KPBN's presence was represented by Andrial Saputra, Head of Exchange & Business Development, and Ardita Sukma Perdana, Head of Exchange & Business Development Subdivision.

Carrying the theme `Navigating Complexity, Driving Growth: Governance, Biofuel Policy and Global Trade`, IPOC 2025 opened a series of discussions regarding the dynamics and direction of palm oil industry policy amidst global challenges. In the opening session, speakers highlighted developments in international trade, sustainability issues, and biofuel policies that affect world CPO prices and demand.

As a company that plays a role in marketing national commodities, KPBN attended the first day's session to gain strategic insights regarding market outlook, price trends, and global policies that could potentially influence palm oil trading activities in Indonesia. This forum also became a space for KPBN to expand its network and strengthen collaboration with industry players, regulators, and other strategic partners.

. PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) is again holding a Culture Booster event as part of its efforts to strengthen the Company Culture throughout all employee levels.

The event, held on Friday morning (11/7), took place at the Learning Corner – Common Room Area for Jakarta participants, and was also attended online via Zoom Meeting.

Participants were invited to understand the company's cultural values ??that are the foundation for working in the KPBN environment. In addition, the event also included a Sharing Session with the theme `Digital Culture` presented by Hanadi Eko Fitriadi, Head of the Information Technology (IT) Sub-Division, and Afiati Sri Utami, Head of the Procurement Sub-Division.

Through this session, the speakers invited employees to be more adaptive to digital changes and to foster a spirit of collaboration and innovation amid the ever-evolving technological transformation.

ENCOURAGE THE YOUNG GENERATION TO LEARN ABOUT THE WORLD OF COMMODITY TRADING, KPBN ATTENDS PTPN X UNPAD OPEN HOUSE . PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) also participated in the Open House of the Perkebunan Nusantara Group with Padjadjaran University (UNPAD) organized by PTPN at Agro Plaza, Jakarta on July 28, 2025.

This activity is part of a strategic effort to introduce the world of work within the PTPN Group to students, while also strengthening synergy between the industrial and higher education sectors in developing superior human resources in the plantation sector.

At the event, Andrial Saputra, as Head of the Exchange and Business Development Division of PT KPBN, was present as a speaker to share insights regarding KPBN's role in the plantation commodity trading ecosystem.

In his presentation, Andrial explained that KPBN has a strategic role as a manager of a modern, transparent, and efficient plantation commodity trading system, through the application of a digital platform and commodity trading service innovation (INACOM) which strengthens Indonesia's position in the global market.

`As part of the Perkebunan Nusantara Holding, KPBN is committed to continuing to present a commodity trading system that is adaptive to technological developments, as well as supporting digital transformation in the national agribusiness sector,` said Andrial.

In addition to introducing the company's business profile and innovations, Andrial also conveyed various career opportunities for students and university graduates who want to contribute to the development of the marketing sector and digitalization of commodity trading in Indonesia.

Tangerang, October 16, 2025 – Entering the second day of the Trade Expo Indonesia (TEI) 2025 at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) BSD City, Tangerang, PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) continues to demonstrate its active role in strengthening trade networks and promoting the potential of Indonesia's superior commodities in the global market.

. PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) is one of the companies organizing the 2025 National Internship Program, which is organized by the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) of the Republic of Indonesia.

The opening of the 2025 National Internship Program Batch 1 within PT KPBN was held on Friday, October 24, 2025 at 09.00 WIB, located at the PT KPBN head office, Jakarta.

The event was officially opened online by Kemnaker, followed by an internal session by PT KPBN, Acting Head of HR & General Affairs, Indra Herlangga, then there was also a session introducing the company's culture and organization by Rindayu, Head of the Industrial Relations & HR Development Sub-Division, as well as a presentation on the company's business processes by Andrial Saputra, Head of the Exchange & Business Development Division.
