ESG CULTURE BOOSTER PT KPBN PROMOTES A SUSTAINABLE WORK CULTURE 
. PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) is again holding a Culture Booster activity as a forum to strengthen the implementation of the 7 Pillars of Corporate Culture. This activity was held on Friday, October 10, 2025.

This time, the event featured a Sharing Session with the theme Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) presented by Surya Wijaya, IT Assistant, and Afiati Sri Utami, Head of the Procurement Sub-Division. Through this session, the speakers shared their views and practices on implementing ESG principles in business activities and how this plays a role in supporting a sustainable work culture within KPBN.

The Culture Booster activity is an important moment for all employees to strengthen company values, build collaborative spirit, and foster a progressive work culture that is adaptive to change. ESG IMPLEMENTATION BECOMES FOCUS OF CULTURE BOOSTER DISCUSSION 
. PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) is again holding the Culture Booster program as a platform to strengthen the implementation of corporate culture. This event took place on Friday, October 3, 2025, at the Learning Corner – Common Room Area for Jakarta participants, and via Zoom Meeting for participants outside Jakarta.

This routine activity raises the theme of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) which is relevant to the direction of the company's sustainable business transformation. Through an understanding of ESG, employees are expected to be increasingly able to apply the 7 Pillars of Corporate Culture in their daily work activities.

The event is even more interesting with the presence of the speakers, namely:

M. Ryant Jayadiningrat - Head of the Corporate Secretariat Division

Livia Anggraeni - Acting Head of the Secretariat and Corporate Communication Sub-Division

Imanual Kurneles Caesar Hakim - Head of the Legal Sub-Division

Tubagus M. Yul Fitriadi - Head of the Own Estimate Price (HPS) Sub-Division

Through this interactive sharing session, the speakers shared important perspectives on how environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) values can become guidelines as well as strengthen a progressive, adaptive, and sustainable work culture at KPBN.

The Culture Booster program is a mandatory activity for all KPBN employees, with the aim of building collective awareness to become change agents in realizing a superior work culture.

. PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) is once again presenting the Culture Booster program as a platform to strengthen the implementation of company values. This event will take place on Friday, September 26, 2025, in a hybrid format, attended by all employees both in Jakarta and outside Jakarta.

Arief Seno Prabowo (Head of Palm Oil & Logistics Purchasing Division) and Tengku Faris Azmi (Head of Palm Oil Purchasing Sub-Division) were the speakers for the sharing session. Both shared best practices in managing the purchase and distribution of strategic commodities, as well as field experience relevant to KPBN's role.

In addition, the PTPN Carbon Hub was also discussed, a strategic initiative of the PTPN Group in supporting sustainability through carbon emission management. This discussion was an important moment to reaffirm the company's commitment to supporting the green economy and creating sustainable added value in the plantation sector.

This activity is mandatory for all employees as a form of joint commitment to supporting major transformations in the PTPN Group, as well as strengthening KPBN's role as an adaptive and sustainability-oriented company.

On this occasion, Andri Dwinanda as the Head of Palm Oil and Various Plants Sales became a speaker with the topic of Operational Excellence, discussing back-to-back and open position strategies with marketed products in the form of Palm Oil & Tea Product Diversification.

This activity not only presented new insights but also strengthened the spirit of togetherness in the work environment in accordance with the values of AKHLAK and the spirit of ONE PTPN Culture ONE Culture.
