Townhall Business Focus 2023 PT KPBN. The event began with a presentation of the business focus for 2023, delivered directly by the Director of KPBN, followed by the activation of learning corner spaces and directives from Operation Directorates I, II, and Business Support.The town hall meeting on the business focus for 2023 presented various important business aspects, including strategy, target achievement, and future plans. The event discussed topics related to previous year performance reports, business strategy, and the direction that the company will take in the long term. Additionally, there was a Q&A session for asking questions and providing input for the company.This activity is essential for creating transparency in the organization and giving BOM-1 the opportunity to participate in the business processes that are being implemented. Thus, this activity can help strengthen a culture of inclusion and mutual support in the workplace, and it ensures that all of BOM-1 understand the company's vision and mission.

2023 BUMN Corporate Communications and Sustainability Summit (BCOMSS). This event is a form of appreciation from the Ministry of BUMN for the performance of communication practices and sustainable Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) from all BUMN corporations. This activity was attended by representatives from each BUMN agency. On this occasion, PT KPBN attended participants from BUMN Muda KPBN to participate in a series of BCOMSS 2023 events.BCOMSS 2023 is an event that aims to provide appreciation for the role of BUMN personnel in public communication. This is in line with the commitment of the Ministry of BUMN so that each BUMN can continue to provide a positive impact on society.In addition, several panel discussions were also held during this event. The panelists consisted of representatives from various companies and organizations that have successfully implemented sustainability strategies in their operations.Hopefully, the implementation of this event will further increase companies' awareness of the importance of sustainability and communication to build a good perception in the community and lead Indonesia to the world stage.

The event hosted stakeholders from across the palm oil industry, including producers, traders, refiners, and buyers from around the world.Across the three-day conference, attendees participated in a series of presentations and panel discussions that covered topics such as sustainability, latest technologies, and global market development. Experts shared their knowledge and experience on how to drive better quality and price for palm oil, while taking social, environmental, and economic factors into consideration.On this occasion, the Head of Exchange and Business Development Division and the Head of Business Development Subdivision of PT KPBN attended the event with the objectives to obtain an overview and future market projections for palm oil, as well as to identify potential obstacles that may affect the global palm oil market. The knowledge gained will be used to develop alternative solutions and prepare for these challenges.
