Dumai, June 5, 2025 — In commemoration of Eid al-Adha 1446 H, PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) Dumai Unit once again demonstrated its commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR) by distributing sacrificial animal assistance to the community through the Taufiqiah Mosque, Dumai.

The assistance, in the form of one sacrificial cow, was directly handed over by representatives of PT KPBN Dumai Unit management to the administrators of the Taufiqiah Mosque on Wednesday (6/5). This activity is part of the company's annual CSR program as a form of concern for the surrounding community, especially during important religious moments such as Eid al-Adha.

`Through this CSR program, we want to share the joy of Eid al-Adha with the community. Hopefully, this sacrificial animal assistance can provide benefits and strengthen the good relationship between the company and the surrounding environment,` said a representative of PT KPBN Dumai Unit.

The administrators of the Taufiqiah Mosque expressed their gratitude for the assistance and stated that the sacrificial meat will be distributed to residents in need around the mosque.

This activity is a concrete manifestation of synergy between the company and the community, while also strengthening the spirit of sharing and social care during the blessed moment of Eid al-Adha.

. PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) held a Tea Auction on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at the PT KPBN Head Office, Jl. Cut Meutia No. 11, Menteng, Jakarta. . PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) held an ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) Socialization activity at the KPBN Head Office on Tuesday, June 3, 2025. This activity was carried out in collaboration with the independent certification body PT Sejahtera Gemilang Sentosa (SGS), as part of a series of continuous implementations of the company's commitment to building a clean business culture free from bribery practices.

This socialization aims to strengthen the understanding of all employees regarding the importance of implementing the international standard ISO 37001:2016, which is designed to prevent, detect, and respond to bribery risks in the corporate environment. The material presented included the basic principles of ABMS, the scope of the system, the main clauses of ISO 37001, and the technical aspects of the surveillance audit to be carried out by the SGS team.

It was stated in the presentation that the existence of an anti-bribery management system does not automatically guarantee the absence of corrupt practices, but it can significantly reduce risk and provide evidence that the company has taken reasonable steps for prevention. Several important documents discussed included the anti-bribery policy, integrity pact, gratuity procedures, whistleblowing system (WBS), and risk assessments for personnel, vendors, and transactions.

This activity also emphasized the important role of top management in demonstrating commitment and leadership to the system, through the provision of adequate resources, internal and external policy socialization, and support for the anti-bribery compliance function.

With the implementation of this activity, KPBN affirms its position as a state-owned enterprise (BUMN) that is highly committed to good corporate governance and supports national corruption prevention efforts. This socialization is a strategic step in ensuring KPBN's readiness to undergo the external audit process objectively and professionally.

The Hajj Departure of SEVP Operation PT KPBN; A Heartfelt Prayer Together Held Within the Company. PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) held a Joint Prayer event to send off Muhammad Zulham Rambe, who currently serves as SEVP Operation at PT KPBN, on his Hajj pilgrimage. This event represents the spiritual support and sincere prayers from the entire PT KPBN family for him as he performs the Hajj pilgrimage in the Holy Land.
This activity was held on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, from 10:00 AM WIB until completion, at Kharisma C Room, PT KPBN Head Office. For participants outside Jakarta, the event could be attended online via Zoom Meeting.
The event was attended by the Heads of Divisions and Subdivisions from each unit, as well as representatives from each division in the Jakarta Area. Meanwhile, participants from outside Jakarta attended virtually. The activity proceeded solemnly in an atmosphere filled with prayer and hope that his pilgrimage would be smooth and blessed.
Through this activity, all levels of management and employees joined in praying that Muhammad Zulham Rambe would be granted health, smoothness, and a blessed Hajj pilgrimage in carrying out the entire series of Hajj rituals.

PT KPBN 2025 Tender Evaluation and Strategy Meeting. Jakarta – PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) held an Evaluation Meeting and Strategy Session for Palm Oil and Rubber Commodity Tenders on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at the KPBN Head Office, Jl. Taman Cut Mutiah No. 11, Jakarta.
The event was attended by strategic marketing representatives from Holding Perkebunan Nusantara PTPN III (Persero), PTPN IV (Palm Co), and PTPN I (Supporting Co). This meeting is part of KPBN's efforts to enhance the effectiveness and optimization of the commodity tender process, particularly for palm oil, rubber, and tea commodities.
This situation prompted a thorough review of the ongoing tender process, as well as the formulation of new initiatives and strategies to improve efficiency, transparency, and market absorption of commodities offered through tenders by KPBN.
`Through this forum, we hope to find joint solutions to optimize the tender process in the future and provide added value for all PTPN group entities,` said Andrial, Head of Exchange & Business Development at PT KPBN.
The meeting agenda also focused on open discussions between business units, sharing challenges in the field, and identifying strategic needs that can be implemented in the next tender cycle.

This signing ceremony took place in Jakarta on Friday, May 9, 2025, marking an important milestone in strengthening strategic collaboration between companies in the logistics and commodity marketing sectors.The event was attended by M.
