Signing of Cooperation Agreement between PT KPBN and Kejari Belawan. The signing of this cooperation took place in Medan and was attended by representatives from both parties. In his speech, M. Iswan Achir, Director of PT KPBN, stated that this cooperation is an important step in ensuring that all operations and business activities of PT KPBN comply with applicable laws and regulations.  Meanwhile, Samiaji Zakaria, SH., MH, Head of the Belawan District Attorney's Office, welcomed the cooperation and emphasized the importance of support from various sectors in law enforcement efforts in Indonesia. He hopes that with this collaboration, PT KPBN can become an example for other companies in upholding the principles of good corporate governance.  This cooperation covers various aspects, including legal assistance, consultation on legal compliance, implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and legal risk mitigation. Both parties are committed to carrying out this cooperation with high integrity and transparency.  With this cooperation, PT KPBN hopes to continue to increase public trust and maintain the company's reputation as a law-abiding and responsible business entity.

Handover of the Head of the PT KPBN Family Association (IKBI). The event began with the singing of the Indonesian National Anthem and the IKBI Mars song. After that, the handover of the Minutes of Position was signed by Wieke Arif Budiman to Nana M. Iswan Achir, as the new chairman.In his speech, Wieke Arif Budiman, who previously served as Acting Chairman of IKBI PT KPBN, expressed his gratitude to all members and management for the support and cooperation that had been provided. He hoped that under the leadership of Nana M. Iswan Achir, IKBI PT KPBN could continue to grow and develop.Nana M. Iswan Achir, who was officially appointed as the new Chairman of IKBI PT KPBN, stated his commitment to continuing IKBI programs and developing various new initiatives for organizational advancement.The event ended with prayers together, a photo session, and a friendly discussion (sharing session), which provided an opportunity for participants to interact with each other and strengthen relationships. PT KPBN Delivers 100 Pieces of Plastic Chairs to the Riau Malay Traditional Institution (LAMR) as Part of CSR Program. The aid was handed over by Fazli Hakiki, Unit Manager of Dumai representing the Board of Management of PT KPBN, to the General Chairman of LAMR, Datuk Seri Drs. H. Zamhur Egab, MM. The handover ceremony took place in a warm atmosphere and was attended by representatives of LAMR and local community figures.On that occasion, Fazli Hakiki said that through this CSR program, PT KPBN hopes to make a positive contribution to community activities organized by LAMR Kota Dumai. `We hope that this aid can be useful in supporting activities held by LAMR and have a positive impact on the surrounding community. Hopefully, this step can also inspire other companies to participate in social activities that are beneficial to the common good,` he said.Meanwhile, Datuk Seri Drs. H. In his brief remarks, Bastiaan said, `We are very proud to collaborate with INACOM in opening the di.bawahtangga coffee outlet in this strategic location.
