Belawan Unit Holds Culture Booster to Strengthen ECL Culture Implementation

Belawan – In order to strengthen the implementation of the company culture and instill progressive, adaptive, and sustainable work values, the Belawan Unit held a Culture Booster activity with the theme Implementation of ECL Culture (Exceeding Expectation, Continuous Learning, and Leader Creates Leader) on Friday (22/5) in the Belawan Unit Meeting Room.

This activity was attended by all Belawan Unit employees, both in person and virtually via Zoom Meeting for participants outside the Belawan Unit. The event proceeded with great enthusiasm and a spirit of togetherness as part of strengthening the 7 Pillars of Company Culture in the work environment.

The ECL Culture itself is one of the important values continuously promoted within the company environment. Exceeding Expectation reflects the spirit to deliver the best performance beyond targets and expectations. Continuous Learning instills a culture of continuous learning so that all company personnel can develop, adapt, and improve competencies amidst the ever-changing business dynamics. Meanwhile, Leader Creates Leader emphasizes the importance of creating leadership regeneration through collaboration, mentoring, and role modeling in the workplace.


On that occasion, the Belawan Unit Manager, Bastan Mamana Sihombing, emphasized the importance of a continuous learning and self-development culture in supporting the company's progress. He also invited all employees to continue building a spirit of collaboration, innovation, and leadership that can have a positive impact on both the team and the company as a whole.

This Culture Booster activity also served as a platform to strengthen collaboration among employees and enhance understanding of the implementation of ECL culture in daily company operational activities. Through this activity, it is hoped that all company personnel will further understand that work culture is not just a slogan, but a value that is genuinely applied in every work process and service.

With the successful execution of this activity, it is hoped that all employees will continue to internalize the company's cultural values and apply them consistently to support the creation of an excellent, harmonious, adaptive, and performance-oriented work environment.
