KPBN builds a progressive work culture by strengthening digital culture.

PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) once again held a Culture Booster activity as part of efforts to strengthen the implementation of the 7 Pillars of Corporate Culture across all employee levels. This activity took place on Friday (21/11) from 08:30 – 09:00 WIB, at the Learning Corner – Common Room Area for Jakarta participants, and was also attended online via Zoom Meeting by PT KPBN employees.

The activity carried the theme “Digital Culture”, featuring Rindayu, Head of Industrial Relations & HR Development Sub-Division from the HR and General Affairs Department, as the speaker.

During the presentation session, Rindayu emphasized the importance of work culture transformation that is adaptive to technological developments. According to her, digitalization is not just about using modern tools, but also a change in mindset to work more efficiently, collaboratively, and innovatively.

“Digital culture is key to accelerating business and achieving the company’s future vision. We all must be ready to adapt and continue learning,” said Rindayu.

Through this activity, KPBN hopes that all employees can internalize progressive and sustainable cultural values, in line with the spirit of ONE PTPN in facing increasingly competitive industry challenges.
