PT KPBN Workers Union Briefed on Defined Contribution Pension Program (DCPP) for Sustainable Employee Welfare

Jakarta – The Plantation Workers' Union of Nusantara (SPBUN) PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) participated in the Socialization of the Implementation of the Defined Contribution Pension Program (PPIP) DAPENBUN as a continuation of the PTPN Group Employee Pension Program, held at Agro Plaza, Jakarta, on Tuesday, May 12, 2026.

This socialization activity was attended by the Board of Directors of Dapenbun, and was followed by representatives of FSPBUN, SPBUN PTPN I, PT RPN, and PT KPBN. The participation of SPBUN PT KPBN in this activity is a form of support for the creation of constructive communication between the company and employees, especially in providing understanding related to the sustainability of the pension program for PTPN Group employees. In the socialization, participants received an explanation regarding the Defined Benefit Pension Program (PPMP) and the Defined Contribution Pension Program (PPIP), including the mechanism for paying pension benefits, the advantages of the PPIP program, and the plan for transferring membership as part of the financial health improvement of DAPENBUN and the implementation of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) provisions.

Through this activity, it is hoped that all participants can understand the future direction of pension program development and support the creation of a transparent, sustainable system that provides optimal benefits for all employees.
