CULTURE BOOSTER KPBN: ACCELERATING DIGITAL CULTURE IN THE WORKPLACE

In an effort to strengthen the implementation of a progressive, adaptive, and sustainable work culture, KPBN held a Culture Booster activity for all employees. This event served as an important moment to revisit the 7 Pillars of Company Culture which form the foundation of values and work behavior within KPBN.

The activity was held on Friday, November 28, 2025, at the Learning Corner – Common Room Area for participants in Jakarta, while employees outside Jakarta could join the event via Zoom Meeting.

In addition to strengthening the company's cultural pillars, this activity also featured a Sharing Session on "Digital Culture" which was presented by I.K.C Hakim, Head of the Legal Subdivision. This session is expected to broaden insights into the importance of digital culture in facing the dynamics of the modern workplace.

Through this activity, KPBN encourages all employees to continuously adapt, innovate, and apply the company's cultural values in their daily activities. Together, we build a progressive, adaptive, and sustainable work culture.
