Jakarta — PT KPBN once again held a Culture Booster activity as a routine agenda for strengthening company culture, which took place on Friday, December 12, 2025, in the Learning Corner room, Common Room Area, and via Zoom Meeting for participants outside Jakarta.
This activity was attended by all employees and featured three speakers from the Finance & Accounting Department: Ade Mayasari (Head of Finance & Accounting Department), Dyah Kusumanita (Head of Tax, Cash & Insurance Sub-department), and Noviasari (Head of Accounting Reporting Sub-department).
With the theme Risk Culture, this session invited all employees to gain a deeper understanding of the importance of building risk awareness in daily work activities. The speakers explained how the implementation of a risk-aware culture can improve the quality of decision-making, reduce the potential for work process failures, and support the creation of more accountable and sustainable company operations.
The event was interactive, including a question and answer session and discussions of real case examples within KPBN's scope of work. In addition, participants also had the opportunity to win attractive prizes as part of an effort to increase enthusiasm and participation.
Through this Culture Booster activity, PT KPBN reaffirmed its commitment to continuously strengthen the 7 Pillars of Company Culture and encourage the creation of an adaptive, collaborative, and progressive work environment.
