Jakarta – PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) participated in the HC MASTERMIND (HC Mastery, Mentoring, and Insight Development) Series #1 activity organized by Holding PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero), on Tuesday (21/7), at Agro Plaza 18th Floor, Jakarta.
On that occasion, PT KPBN was represented by Director M. Iswan Achir, SEVP Business Support Indaruwati Trivista Andarini and Representatives of the HR Team as a form of the company's commitment to supporting the strengthening of Human Capital's role as a Strategic Partner capable of providing added value for the company's business.
HC MASTERMIND is a collaborative forum for all Human Capital units of the PTPN Group as a strategic step to strengthen HC's role as a strategic partner to become a support system for various corporate business initiatives.
In HC MASTERMIND Series #1, participants attended a socialization session titled "Accelerating Business Transformation Through Streamlining and Downstreaming" delivered by the Business Director of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero), Ryanto Wisnuardhy. This material provided an understanding of the direction of the PTPN Group's business transformation, especially in the implementation of streamlining and downstreaming to increase the company's competitiveness.
The activity then continued with a book review of "PeopleMath" with Agus Dwi Handaya, Managing Director of Human Capital PT Danantara Asset Management. This session was the first book review held within SOEs and provided various perspectives on adaptive, strategic Human Capital management that aligns with organizational transformation needs.
Through participation in the HC MASTERMIND Series #1, PT KPBN hopes to continuously enhance the capabilities of its Human Capital personnel, enrich insights into best practices in HR management, and strengthen collaboration in supporting the PTPN Group's transformation towards an increasingly adaptive, innovative, and competitive organization.
