PT KPBN Implements Culture Booster to Enhance Productivity, Efficiency, and Operational Speed

Jakarta – In order to strengthen the implementation of the corporate culture and boost productivity in the workplace, PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) held a Culture Booster activity on Tuesday (17/3). This activity was conducted in a hybrid manner, with participants from the Jakarta Head Office located in the Learning Corner Room and employees outside Jakarta joining online via the Zoom Meeting platform.

The event was attended by all PT KPBN employees and featured an inspiring sharing session with the theme Productivity, Cost Effectiveness, and Speed. The material was delivered by the Head of the Industrial Relations & HR Development Sub-Division from the HR and General Affairs Department, Rindayu.

In her presentation, Rindayu emphasized the importance of increasing work productivity accompanied by cost efficiency and speed in decision-making and work execution. These three aspects are considered key factors in facing increasingly dynamic and competitive business challenges.

“This Culture Booster activity is expected to serve as a reminder and encouragement for all employees to continuously improve their self-quality, both in terms of competence and work attitude. By prioritizing productivity, efficiency, and speed, we can drive optimal company performance,” she said.

Through the organization of this activity, PT KPBN hopes that corporate cultural values will become increasingly internalized in daily work, thereby creating a productive, adaptive, and sustainable work environment.
