In order to increase the confidence and professionalism of women within PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN), the KPBN Wives' Association (IKBI) has held an online workshop with the theme "Personal Grooming and Ethics in Organization." This activity was carried out on Friday, July 18, 2025 at 09.00 WIB via the Zoom platform. The workshop featured speaker Endah P. Handayani, S.E., M.H., who shared insights about the importance of good appearance and ethics in organization, especially for women who are active in the workplace and social activities.
This workshop was open to all IKBI Board Members, IKBI Members, and female employees of PT KPBN. With the implementation of this activity, it is hoped that participants can gain practical knowledge to build a positive self-image, appear more confident, and apply good organizational ethics in everyday life. Let's take advantage of this moment to learn together and strengthen the role of active, empowered, and inspiring KPBN women.
