PT KPBN REINFORCES WORK CULTURE COMMITMENT THROUGH CULTURE BOOSTER AND DIGITAL CULTURE SHARING

PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) is again holding a Culture Booster event as part of its efforts to strengthen the Company Culture throughout all employee levels.

The event, held on Friday morning (11/7), took place at the Learning Corner – Common Room Area for Jakarta participants, and was also attended online via Zoom Meeting.

Participants were invited to understand the company's cultural values ??that are the foundation for working in the KPBN environment. In addition, the event also included a Sharing Session with the theme `Digital Culture` presented by Hanadi Eko Fitriadi, Head of the Information Technology (IT) Sub-Division, and Afiati Sri Utami, Head of the Procurement Sub-Division.

Through this session, the speakers invited employees to be more adaptive to digital changes and to foster a spirit of collaboration and innovation amid the ever-evolving technological transformation.
