CPO PRICE 13 SEPTEMBER: Fell 1.02%, Ringgit Strengthened
The CPO futures contract for November 2016, the most actively traded contract on Bursa Malaysia, fell 1.02% or 27 points to the level of 2,613 ringgit per ton at 10:09 WIB.
The price of crude palm oil had previously opened 0.91% or 24 points lower at 2,618 ringgit per ton.
In last week’s trading (9/9/2016), the price of the CPO contract for November closed 1.19% or 31 points higher at 2,640 ringgit per ton.
Meanwhile, the Malaysian ringgit was seen to have strengthened 0.59% to 4.024 per US dollar at 10:28 WIB.
